Meet Our Team

Lindsey Rushmore, DOM, LAc, Dipl.OM, CECP



Lindsey is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine (New Mexico), a Licensed Acupuncturist (Virginia), and a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine). Her specialties include pain management, cosmetic acupuncture, and Electro-Acupuncture Medicine (EAM).

Lindsey graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and completed a post-graduate internship at a teaching hospital in Harbin, China. Prior to her acupuncture career, Lindsey was a health care industry journalist with a degree in English from Elon University. She is a member of the American Association of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, the American Society of Acupuncturists, the Acupuncture Society of Virginia, and the Hanover Chamber of Commerce. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and outdoor adventures.

Abby Manley

Lead Clinic Assistant


Abby is one of the smiling faces you’ll see when you walk into our clinic. She is our superstar who does everything from answering the phone and scheduling to prepping patients for treatment and check-out. She also helps with some behind-the-scenes business operations. Abby has been in the customer service field for over 30 years. She also worked for six years at Hanover Safe Place, a domestic violence agency in Hanover County, helping county residents through some of their toughest times. Abby loves to help others and be a part of her community. She also loves spending time with her family and dogs, and enjoys reading, painting furniture, and gardening.
